Masa muda2, most of us can get away and close one eye lah when it comes to stretching…Betul tak?
Especially yg kaki strength training. Hari2 hentam strength and warm up pun manja2 je.
Tapi bila dah masuk super 30 ni…baru tau hazab bila x stretch and work on flexibilty & mobility.
Biasa I share clips2 yang nampak macam I buat senang je… but today I nak share the reality. What happened to me of I missed my yoga/flexibility/mobility practices.
Give and take nak dekat sebulan x dapat buat my practise betul2 coz I needed to rest after vaccine.
So, my advise is…please dedicate at least 15-30min stretch/yoga/mobility/flexibility practise daily. Yang muda2 pun should start make it part of ur lifestyle.
Jangan jadi macam I. I mean dulu pun i stretch and do all these practices jugak, but main2 lah. Maybe once a week. Which is not enough. Now… hadap lah hazab 😂😅
Jom start routines yg promotes overall longevity ok 💗
